Abraham “Ebby” Sabbagh

President & CEO

Ebby’s journey began in Syria and Lebanon before relocating to Arizona in 1990. His passion for helping others led him to volunteer at the American Red Cross before joining the Management Information System team at a local Boys & Girls Club. Understanding the transformative power of technology, especially for non-profits and small to medium businesses, Ebby and his wife co-founded NPCE, a consulting group dedicated to delivering top-tier IT services while upholding core human values. Ebby’s dedication to empowering communities through technology earned him national recognition, and he is a founding member of the National Youth Technology Advisory Committee. Today, his vision continues to shape NPCE’s mission of innovation and service.

Mary Beth Hepner

Vice President & CFO

Mary Beth, originally from Ohio, holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology and a Masters in Social Work. After contributing to a statewide childcare study, Mary Beth sought warmer weather and settled in Arizona. There she briefly worked for the American Red Cross before becoming Case Management Director for a social services agency. She led a transitional housing program for homeless families for several years before co-founding NPCE with her husband Ebby. In her role, Mary Beth leads critical internal functions such as accounting and HR, focusing on policy development, on driving operational efficiency and on instilling a corporate culture rich in values.

Scott Burg

Chief OperationS Officer

Since receiving his first computer, a Timex/Sinclair 1000, in 1982, Scott has had an unwavering passion for technology. At just 17, he started programming, kickstarting his career as a developer writing custom business applications. Scott later transitioned to the Arizona’s Boys & Girls Clubs where he oversaw various programs before becoming Youth Development Director. Scott joined the NPCE team in 1997, helping to build computers and install networks. Today, he is one of the longest tenured employees and serves as the company’s Chief Operations Officer. In his role Scott leads client projects and manages technical staff. Outside of work, Scott remains dedicated to youth development through his active involvement in various Boys & Girls Clubs.

John Sabbagh II

Development & Operations Director

John grew up loving technology and went on to earn a bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from ASU. He is Lean Six Sigma trained with extensive experience in data analytics. John began his career at a Fortune 500 semiconductor company, using data metrics to drive continuous improvement. Drawn by the values instilled during his time as a Boys and Girls Club member, he joined NPCE to uphold his family’s legacy. Today John spearheads project implementation, procurement, and quality assurance – consistently surpassing service standards with a 96% client satisfaction rating. He enjoys working closely with clients and partners to deliver optimal solutions. Outside of work John enjoys car racing and basketball.

Tyler Koble

Regional Support Director

From a young age, Tyler was captivated by the endless possibilities of technology. Based in Washington State, he was quickly recognized for his skills and recruited by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County to enhance technology access for club members. By 16, Tyler was managing a lab at the very club he once attended and his career progressed from there, becoming Director of Technology. He then joined NPCE where his belief in the positive impact technology has on youth combined with his engineering skills were a perfect fit. Today as NPCE’s Regional Support Director, Tyler leverages his expertise to manage networks, servers, and workstations, while spearheading special projects with his trademark enthusiasm.
